¶ 1. Connie Lynn Armstead was convicted by a jury in the Oktibbeha County Circuit Court of Count I, robbery, and Count II, directing a minor to commit a felony. On Count I, Armstead was sentenced to serve ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine as well as $765 in restitution.
