Ricky King, a/k/a Ricky Neal,1 pro se, appeals from an order of the McCreary Circuit Court that denied his motion to vacate his conviction pursuant to Kentucky Rule[s] of Criminal Procedure (RCr) 11.42. After our review, we affirm.
