Appellant, Johnathan Harris, appeals as a matter of right1 from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court convicting him on numerous charges, including a second-degree persistent felony offender (PFO) enhancement. In accordance with the jury's recommendation, Harris was sentenced to a total of thirty years' imprisonment for the crimes.
