This cause is before the court on the unopposed motion to continue, filed by defendant Alicia Renee Scott on March 30, 2012. This case is currently set for trial on April 16, 2012. For the reasons set forth below, the court finds that the trial should be continued pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(A).
