PER CURIAM.

Earl Matthew Bordeaux, Jr. pled guilty to one count of structuring financial transactions and was sentenced to thirty months in prison. He now appeals that sentence, arguing that the district court1 committed both procedural and substantive error. We find no error and affirm the district court's sentence.
