Appellant Robert Turner pleaded guilty to two counts of distributing five or more grams of crack-cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B), and one count of distributing fifty or more grams of crack-cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(A).
