Michael Dewayne Clark, who is currently a North Carolina prisoner, appeals the district court's order denying his motion to rescind the arrest warrant for his violation of supervised release and to terminate the balance of his supervised release. Counsel has filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738
