Milton McCray, Jr., appellant, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City (Pines, J.) of conspiracy to commit bribery, conspiracy to make false entries in public records and subornation of perjury. Subsequently, McCray was sentenced to ten years of incarceration on each separate bribery and perjury charge and three years incarceration on each separate charge of falsifying entries in public records.
