Appellant Los Angeles Community College District (District) appeals from a temporary restraining order (TRO) requiring the removal of bollards1 from the alleyway over which its neighboring property owner, respondent Roosevelt Lofts, LLC, (Roosevelt), has an easement. Given that the bollards were removed while the appeal was pending, we dismiss the appeal as moot.
