Berardis, appeals from the Superior Court's grant of motions for summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Bounthinh Louangxay and Oudone Louangxay (the Louangxays) and Louangxay, Inc., d/b/a Warwick Banquet Hall a/k/a Lei's Bar & Grill (Lei's Bar & Grill).
