HERSEY, Judge.
Stella Bloom, as personal representative of the estate of Joseph Bloom, filed a complaint against appellees to require continuation of certain payments pursuant to a contract between her late husband and appellees. The trial court granted a motion to dismiss for failure to state a cause of action and, in a final judgment, dismissed the complaint with prejudice. That judgment is the subject of this appeal.
