Michael Salove Company ("MSC") appeals from the June 4, 2010 order granting summary judgment in favor of Enrico Partners, L.P. ("Landlord"). In this action, MSC sought brokerage commissions allegedly owed pursuant to a purported oral extension of a written exclusive listing agreement. Landlord cross appeals, challenging the trial court's order of December 3, 2009, denying its claim for attorneys' fees incurred in defending the broker's lien claim...
