Petitioner, Rameshbabu Kuppusamy, has been employed in the United States at least since 2006. He had an approved I-140 petition for immigrant visa filed by his employer listing his job as a physical therapist. Citizenship and Immigration Services ("CIS") denied his corresponding I-485 application for adjustment of status because Kuppusamy did not pass Michigan's physical therapist...
