This is an action for declaratory judgment challenging the constitutionality of an ordinance of the City of Boston which prohibits the showing of motion pictures on open air screens visible from a public or private way, an adjacent parcel of real estate, or any building or structure in the vicinity.1 By its terms, the ordinance applies only to showings for which admission is charged.
