The New York Post  November 20, 2009

By Fredric U Dicker

ALBANY - New York's high court yesterday unanimously upheld the actions of the state Civil Service Department and Westchester County in recognizing same-sex marriages performed in other states. The court noted it was not legalizing same-sex marriage.
