Raymond D. Bahr, M.D. and his wife, Patricia Bahr (the "Bahrs") appeal a judgment entered in favor of Bradley D. Kohr and his wife, Vivian E.S. Kohr (the "Kohrs"). The Bahrs filed suit against the Kohrs under the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act. See TEX. BUS. & COM.CODE ANN. § 24.001 et seq. (Vernon 1987).
