Defendant Michael T. Dugan, II, appeals his convictions for mail fraud, wire fraud, extortion, bribery and engaging in a pattern of racketeering activity. He claims that the admission of co-conspirator statements under Federal Rule of Evidence 801(d)(2)(E) deprived him of his confrontation rights under the sixth amendment and, in addition, that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to support his convictions for mail fraud.
