This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court ordering the co-appellant, Kay Stratton Shelton, defendant below, to reconvey to her husband, the appellant, Don Shelton, his one-half interest in the marital residence. The basis for the judgment was that the original conveyance was fraudulent.
