Eric Neil Angevine conditionally pled guilty to knowing possession of child pornography. On appeal, Professor Angevine argues the district court (1) improperly denied his motion to suppress images of child pornography seized from his Oklahoma State University computer, and (2) incorrectly applied the sentencing guidelines in determining his sentence.
