Relying on vehicle registration information received from a mobile computer, Baltimore City police officers stopped an automobile driven by appellant, Shelton McCain. Mr. McCain and the passenger in the vehicle, Mr. McCain's wife, Tara McCain, were both arrested for violating provisions of Maryland's motor vehicle law.
