Sandra Cortez appeals the district court's order remitting a jury's punitive damages award of $750,000 to $100,000 on claims she brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), codified at 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681-1681x.1 In its cross-appeal, Trans Union, LLC appeals the district court's order denying its motion for judgment as a matter of law and rejecting Trans Union's challenge to the jury...
