¶1 The principal issue in this appeal is whether officers executing a search warrant at a home at a time when residents can reasonably be expected to be asleep satisfy the "knock and announce" rule by knocking and announcing their presence three times before forcing entry, but over a total elapsed time of only six to nine seconds...
