OPINION

THORNE, Judge:

¶ 1 Michael J. Birkeland appeals from the district court's order of restitution arising from Birkeland's no contest plea to a single charge of theft. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-404 (2008). We affirm.

BACKGROUND
