MEMORANDUM OPINION

Jdan Lavoy Upham appeals his felony conviction for Assault Family Violence. The trial judge served as the fact-finder, as opposed to a jury. His sole issue involves the sufficiency of the evidence supporting that conviction. We affirm.1
