Tomas Barrera appeals his convictions for conspiracy to commit aggravated kidnapping and engaging in organized criminal activity. We overrule Barrera's issues on appeal and affirm the trial court's judgment. We reform the judgment, however, to correct the misnumbering of the counts such that the conviction and 15-year sentence for criminal conspiracy is designated as Count II and the conviction and 55-year...
