Plaintiff William C. Buchanan (Buchanan) appeals from an order entered by the Law Division on December 16, 2011, which granted a motion by defendants Jeffrey Leonard (Leonard) and Morgan, Melhuish, Arbrutsyn (Morgan Melhuish)1 for summary judgment and dismissed Buchanan's complaint with prejudice. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part, reverse
