INTRODUCTION

Frantz G. Kolbjornsen appeals from a criminal case order denying relief under two different "speedy trial" statutes.1 Because Kolbjornsen was a Nebraska prisoner at all relevant times, only one statute applied — the one governing intrastate detainers.2
