Defendant Curtis Leon Fields appeals from his convictions for habitual driving while impaired ("DWI") and driving while license revoked. On appeal, defendant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress when, defendant argues, the police officer lacked a reasonable articulable suspicion to stop him.
