Plaintiff, Van Buren Charter Township, appeals as of right an order granting summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(4) (lack of jurisdiction) and (C)(8) (failure to state a claim) in favor of defendant, Visteon Corporation, on plaintiff's request for a declaratory judgment and claim of breach of contract. We affirm.
