DREW, J.

Patterson-UTI Drilling Company ("Patterson") and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company appeal a judgment awarding workers' compensation benefits, assessing $4,000 in penalties, and awarding $10,000 in attorney fees. We modify the judgment to increase the award of attorney fees, and affirm.
