Shannon Nichole Burke brings this appeal from a December 7, 2009, order of the Barren Circuit Court, Family Court Division, (family court) modifying visitation/timesharing by designating Kyle Anthony Burke as the primary residential parent of the parties' two minor children. We reverse and remand with directions.
