OPINION

BAKER, Judge.

Jane Doe reported that she had been sexually abused by a Roman Catholic Priest when she was a teenager. Doe is now approximately fifty years old, and in accordance with church policy, The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Indianapolis (Archdiocese) paid for all of Doe's therapy and counseling fees for nearly eight years. At some point, the Archdiocese determined that some of Doe's counseling sessions were not helping Doe with her recovery...
