Plaintiff Penco Products, Inc. ("Penco"), a manufacturer of metal lockers and related products, entered into exclusive distribution contracts with Wholesale Equipment Company ("Wholesale") in 2007 and 2009. Defendant WEC Manufacturing, LLC ("WEC") is allegedly the successor-in-interest to Wholesale, which went through bankruptcy and is now apparently defunct. Penco has sued WEC to recover money allegedly...
