Richard John Baxter appeals his 210-month sentence for the federal offense of receipt of child pornography, 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2), arguing that the district court imposed an unreasonably long sentence without providing sufficient explanation. Baxter also appeals an order to pay $3,000 in restitution to "Vicky," one of the known children in his child pornography collection.
