Robert S. Lloyd appeals the circuit court's summary dismissal of what he styled as a "Motion/Request for Forensic D.N.A. Testing." (C. 7.)

In December 2006, Lloyd was convicted of the first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy of P.P., who was 10 years old at the time of the crimes. The trial court sentenced Lloyd in January 2007 to 20 years' imprisonment for each conviction, the sentences to run consecutively...
