¶ 1 Petitioners, George Kontos and his insurance company, Homestead Mutual Insurance Company, seek review of a published decision of the court of appeals. It affirmed the circuit court's determination that Kontos could be held liable to the plaintiff, Julie Augsburger, for injuries caused by his daughter's dogs.
