¶ 1 Merge Technologies Inc. ("Merge") appeals a nonfinal order of the circuit court denying its motion to stay proceedings pending arbitration.1 We conclude that the dispute between Merge and William C. Mortimore concerning whether an alleged oral contract eliminated the requirement to arbitrate Mortimore's breach of contract claims is itself an arbitrable issue. Accordingly, we reverse the circuit
