Steven and Marcy Boyer appeal an order denying their motions for relief from judgments rendered against them in a foreclosure action. The Boyers were guarantors of debts owed by S.J. Boyer Construction, Inc., to Bank Mutual.1 The guaranteed debts were secured by mortgages on the foreclosed-upon properties.
