¶ 1 PETERSON, J.

Paul Wilinski appeals an order of commitment for institutional care entered after he was found not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect. Wilinski argues the circuit court's finding that he would pose a significant risk of bodily harm to himself or others if he were placed on conditional release was not supported by sufficient evidence. We disagree and affirm the order.
