On March 8, 2017, appellant filed a pro se Motion for Judgment in Default, in which appellant asks this court to reinstate her case in the trial court below and for other relief.

It appears the basis of appellant's requested relief goes to the merits of her appeal pending before this court. Therefore, the motion is DENIED.
