No. 04-17-00060-CV.

IN RE Christina RANGEL.

Court of Appeals of Texas, Fourth District, San Antonio.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Anthony B. Schram , for Christina Rangel, Relator.

Christina Molitor-Monrea , for Edward Romero, Real party in interest.

Sitting: Marialyn Barnard, Justice, Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice, Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On February 2, 2017, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. This court ordered the petition stricken because it did not comply with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.9(b). Relator filed an amended petition on February 7, 2017. This court is of the opinion that a serious question concerning the mandamus relief sought requires further consideration. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(b). The respondent and the real parties in interest may file a response to the petition in this court no later than March 1, 2017. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.

It is so ORDERED.
