KEASLER, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which KELLER, P.J., MEYERS, PRICE, and HERVEY, JJ., joined.

Christopher Garfias was charged with aggravated robbery by threat and aggravated assault causing bodily injury and was convicted of both counts by jury.
