In this restricted appeal, appellant Fernando Javier Eguia ("Fernando"), appeals a default divorce judgment rendered in favor of appellee Michelle Eguia ("Michelle"). In three issues, Fernando argues that the trial court erred and abused its discretion in granting a default judgment, and contends that the record "on its face" shows: (1) the parties were in bankruptcy and that the default judgment was granted in violation...
