And petitioner-appellant, pro se, having moved for an order deeming his appeal timely filed and to accept the papers attached to the motion as satisfying his obligation to perfect said appeal.

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon.

It is ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of deeming the appeal timely filed and otherwise denied.
