DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by National Education Association for permission to file and serve a brief amicus curiae upon the appeal.

Motion for order directing pro hac vice admission of Kristen L. Hollar, Esq., an attorney admitted in the State of Illinois and the District of Columbia, pursuant to section 520.1 (a) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to file and serve a brief amicus curiae is granted, without costs, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept for filing the brief amicus curiae received on March 10, 2017, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an order directing the pro hac vice admission of Kristen L. Hollar, Esq., is granted, without costs, for the purpose of representing National Education Association upon the appeal.
