DHR's findings are supported by substantial evidence (see generally 300 Gramatan Ave. Assoc. v State Div. of Human Rights, 45 N.Y.2d 176 [1978]). The hearing testimony amply demonstrated that respondent discriminated against Perez and Rivera on account of their national origin and subjected them to a hostile work environment.
