Ordered that the order dated June 30, 2015 is reversed, without costs, plaintiff's motion, in effect, for leave to renew her opposition to defendant's cross motion is granted, and, upon renewal, so much of the order dated May 13, 2015 as granted defendant's cross motion to dismiss the complaint is vacated and the cross motion is denied; and it is further ordered that the appeal from so much of the order dated May 13, 2015...
