Defendant Brian D. Aitken appeals his conviction for second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5(b) (count one), fourth-degree possession of a large capacity ammunition magazine, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-3(j) (count two), and fourth-degree possession of prohibited ammunition (hollow nose bullets), in violation of N.J.S.A.
