I. INTRODUCTION

Marco Enrique Torres, Jr., was convicted by jury of two counts of first degree murder, one count of robbery, three counts of use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, and one count of unauthorized use of a financial transaction device. Torres was sentenced to death on each count of murder, 50 years' to 50 years' imprisonment on each of the robbery and use counts, and 20 months' to 5 years' imprisonment for the unauthorized...
