RUSSELL, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Mark Anthony Armon appeals from the Hinds County Circuit Court's judgment of conviction for the murder of Christopher Adagbonyn. The circuit court sentenced Armon to life imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). Finding Armon's assignments of error without merit, we affirm the judgment of the circuit court.
